Ginger Lemon Grass Tea Benefits and 2 Recipe | Home Remedies
Ginger Lemon Grass Tea
Ingredients

Lemon Grass

1 Tea spoon

Chopped Ginger

1 Tea spoon

Cinnamon

1 Small piece

Honey

1 Tea spoon

Water

1 Cup boiled hot

Preparation Method 1:

Boil 1 cup of water. Add all the ingredients in a tea cup and pour boil hot water in the cup. Steep it for 2 mins. 

 Preparation Method 2:

Add Lemon Grass, Chopped Ginger, Cinnamon and water in a pan and boil for 3-4 mins. Then pour it in a cup and add honey. Mix well and consume.

Benefits:

Ginger and lemongrass are two herbs you can use to brew tea with several possible health benefits. Both herbs have anti-inflammatory properties, and ginger has been found to reduce appetite. Reduces weight, reduces bloating after meals, fights flu and cold, helps digestion, detoxifies your body and fights depression.

 Using Lemongrass:

Fresh lemongrass is available at some specialty grocery stores or health food stores. You can also grow some in your home garden easily.

Lemongrass tea is generally considered safe and without side effects. Although, consult your doctor before drinking ginger and lemongrass tea if you’re pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medications or taking other herbs.
