Method to make Fennel Seed Water:

Making fennel water is very simple.

1   Steep Over Night:

 Get a glass jar or a jug or a bowl, put in 2 tablespoons of fennel seeds and 1 liter of water and cover it whole night till next morning. Drink it throughout the day.

2   Boil in Water:

Pour 4 cups of water in a deep pan and bring to a boil. When the water starts bubbling, put in the fennel seeds and switch off the flame immediately.
